In 2008, the United States Congress recognized September as Gospel Music Heritage Month. The Arkansas Legislature followed suit on February 16, 2011 by voting unanimously to recognize September as Arkansas Gospel Music Heritage Month. Music Moves is honored to bring this nationally-observed celebration to Northwest Arkansas.
